Asian Festival of Children’s Content 2010

Talk “My Child Writes Well. Can He Write A Book?” cum Book Launch by Catherine Khoo

Step into a land of magic and fantasy. Go on a journey with aliens and angels as we enter a world of science fiction. Get thrilled by ghosts and ghouls. Be placed in the midst of Asian tales which hits close to home. Let our fuzzy felines warm your hearts with animal tales.

Yes, kids can write! We invite you to pore over books written by 10 to 14 year olds.

Since 2003, more than 1,000 students aged 8 to 14 have graduated from the Young Author Scheme. The best stories were then selected for publishing and the authors had the privilege to join the Young Author Club. Participants stand a chance to win a Young Author Scheme Scholarship worth $880 for the best story written.
