Do you write for the young?
Do you dream of seeing your stories in print and pixels, and potentially on the stage and screen?

Applications are now open for Beyond Words, a brand new initiative brought to you by the National Arts Council (Singapore).

The pilot phase, Young and Younger, focuses on quality children’s literature in the following genres:

• Children’s Picture Books
• Chapter Books and Young Adult (YA) Fiction

For each category, up to 5 selected manuscripts will be developed by our appointed publishers into print, eBooks and/or apps.

But it doesn’t end there.

These manuscripts will also be pitched to interactive multimedia designers, as well as to film, TV, animation and theatre producers.
